Become a Foodie -One of the first things, I vowed to myself I would do during my 1-week social media detox, was to try some of those delicious looking recipes I had saved on my Pinterest boards.
I reviewed some of my favorite recipes, and I purchased the ingredients and supplies I would need. Once I was finished prepping, I turned on my favorite playlist and had an excellent relaxing evening cooking and listening to my favorite music.
Get Active – If your local gym is closed due to Covid19, there are still ways you can get out and enjoy some fresh air. Grab you a couple of hand weights and take a couple of laps around the track. Maybe even better, take a bike ride.

Family Game Night– Is a great time to have a couple of laughs with the family. Here are the best selling family game night board games.

Read a good book– I know if you have kids, it’s kind of hard to get any time to yourself, let alone be able to read a book. But if you can manage to hide in the bathroom (that’s my hiding spot from my 2-year-old), you will be able to read a few chapters per night.
